5. Reach inside the duvet cover and pull it over the weighted blanket
6. Starting at the top two corners of the blanket, pull the cover out so it is right-side out. Bring the blanket with you as you do this.
7. Once the cover is on the right side out, the blanket should be inside.
8. Gently shake the corners of the blanket and duvet to help them unroll.
9. Button or zip up the duvet cover.

This is a newer method that some people find easier.

1. Turn the duvet cover inside out
2. Place the weighted blanket flat on top of the duvet cover – line up the edges.
3. Tie the loops on the edges of the blanket to the cover.
4. Roll the weighted blanket and duvet up together into a hot dog.
5. Start rolling from the head of the bed until the foot of the bed.
6. Invert the cover’s opening around the edges of the entire thing at the end of the blanket and seal it.
7. Slowly unroll the blanket, making sure the cover is still in place.
8. Zip or button the cover up.
